No Return and Exchange

At Japbot, we maintain strict quality control to ensure you receive genuine and tested products. As per our policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is sold.

Exceptions:

Returns or replacements are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery.

  • Any such issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories intact.

  • After verification, Japbot may replace the defective item with a new one or provide a store credit, as deemed suitable. If the replaced product is available in stock, it will be delivered within 7-10 business days , otherwise a store credit of the same value will be issued to your account, which will remain valid for use upto 90 days from the date of issue.

Note:

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for products damaged due to mishandling, incorrect installation, or physical damage by the user.
